the foundation
My journey began with a curiosity about how we learn to belong, rooted in growing up with awareness in Cape Town, South Africa. It was there that I first began seeing how to see, a pursuit that eventually led me to intentional spaces of New York City.
In New York, I spent my early career founding and leading schools, refining the art of Montessori pedagogy while supporting families, children, and new teachers. These years were a masterclass in the complexity of human connection. They taught me that whether we are three or fifty-three, we all need a sanctuary where we can be truly seen.
the practice
Over thirty years, I have transitioned from teacher to school leader to instructional coach. Through this evolution, I have learned that mastery isn't found only in the systems we build; it is in the presence we hold and create for others.
As a Hatha Yoga teacher, a mindfulness teacher, and a member of Thich Nhat Hanh’s spiritual family, my work is anchored in being mindfully aware. I bring this practice of quiet bravery and deep listening into our coaching partnership, helping you move through the flux of leadership, career, and personal opportunities with positivity, awareness, and a centered heart.
the present
Today, from my home in St. Augustine, Florida, I partner with individuals navigating their own seasons of change. As I complete my professional coaching certification through Erickson Coaching and move toward my ICF accreditation, I continue to combine three decades of educational leadership with the stillness of my mindfulness practice to offer you a brave, human-centered space.
Here, we don’t just manage the noise of transition; we intentionalize your evolution, ensuring you emerge feeling inspired, grounded, and renewed.
